My Story
Hello, my name is Ethan Mansfield, and I am the founder of Mansfield Construction and Home Repair. I began my career in 2020 as a laborer for a mid-sized general contractor who taught me most of what I know. In my time there, I honed my skills in concrete, masonry, and roofing. After two years, I was made project manager and began taking tasks such as supplier and subcontractor relations, estimating/bidding, scheduling, and also continued to labor in many capacities. While I honed my skills at work, I graduated from Western Illinois University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction and Facilities Management. These experiences have given me a solid understanding of construction from both a top-down and detailed perspective. My mission at Mansfield Construction and Home Repair is to give the customer a quality product and experience.
